The Dashboard shows you at a glance, upcoming appointments and how your business is doing. You can even view your upcoming appointments on the inbuilt Map. When someone calls you in the middle of a job, make your Notes on the Dashboard. View a list of chimneys that are due a sweep, but have not been scheduled an appointment.
A great place to store all your customer records. You can even save a customer’s multiple properties, with fireplaces in each. Take a picture of each fireplace for quick reference. Record how frequently the fireplace needs sweeping and you will automatically be reminded when a sweep is needed, in case you haven’t made that appointment. Never miss a potential job.
Just click a date and time to create an appointment in the App’s Calendar. Changing the date or time is a simple drag and drop. When you have finished the job, complete a digital certificate, make the next appointment, create and send your invoice all from the app before you leave. If for any reason an appointment has to be removed, it can be deleted in the app.
