ZEUS X mobile 4+

In combination with the ZEUS® eXperience T&A solution, ZEUS® X mobile enables mobile T&A and project time recording.

This Time & Attendance tool makes data available online throughout the world and provides an up-to-date overview at any time. Apart from bookings of presence and absence times, the tool enables time account inquiries and cost centre changes.

The ZEUS® X mobile App installed on one mobile device can be used jointly by several employees, since each user is registered via user name and password.

Optionally, the GPS coordinates are logged in with each booking. Consequently, the site can be displayed for each booking.

The following booking actions are supported:
- IN
- OUT
- IN / OUT with automatic assignment
- Absence reasons, such as absence for business, business travel, seminar
- etc.

The following inquiries are possible:
- Flexitime balance
- Working time
- Holiday
- Extra time
- Overtime

Activities can be booked on different cost centres, such as:
- Administration
- Sales
- Production
- etc.

Depending on the scope of the ZEUS® eXperience licence, further optional features are available:

- Presence Indicator Board:
If desired, the current presence / absence status of colleagues and staff members can be viewed via the Presence Indicator Board.

- Workflow:
Submission and edition of workflow requests such as booking updates, absence requests, etc.
Depending on the respective assigned roles/rights, staff members, group managers, department heads, etc., are automatically granted the corresponding functions and approval rights.

- Evacuation report:
In the event of an emergency (e. g. fire), the Evacuation report provides an overview of all employees informing on who is still inside the building and who is already safe.
