It connects to Zewa Bluetooth devices consisting of a Blood Pressure Monitor, Scale, Activity Tracker, Oximeter, Thermometer, Glucometer and downloads the information automatically into this easy to use app.
MyHealthConnected guides you through an easy device set up process and provides instant information about your health. Share your information with Friends and Family or E-Mail reports to your medical professionals and keep them informed about your progress between office visits.

App rarely works
It was difficult to connect the activity tracker with the app on my iPhone 6s but I finally got it after several attempts. If the app will let you log in it works great for a little while. Eventually it will crash or lock up and you will have to close it. Then good luck being able to log back in. It's been about a week of trying several times a day and every time I get a prompt that says "Server or network error. Please try again." You just have to try and try and try and it will log in eventually. It's usually only down a day but this last time it's been a week, I even deleted the app & downloaded it again but it didn't work.
Nice app, could have more features
I enjoy using the app with my connected devices. Provides an easy way to store, organize, and share my health data.
I think it would be helpful to have to add a notes section to various measurements, such as noting if BP was measured before or after meds, before or after exercise, etc. This could be added at all connected devices. I think this would be an easy addition that would help understand measurements more accurately.
Can't login it!...doesn't accept my email...what????
Ok I set up the Activity Tracker last week...it works fine...however, I'm trying to login and it won't recognize my email...and there is no way to ask questions or get support or change email...what's up with that?
