Great potential, but has some flaws
I’ve used this twice, and the first time worked well, but the stream cut out because someone called me in the middle. I had to restart the livestream, and people were able to refresh their screen and get back on. Is there a way to make the software trump phone calls?
When I used it the second time, I tried to avoid this by turning off my cellular data and just stream through WiFi. Students logging on couldn’t see anything but a black screen, even though it looks like I was broadcasting. I turned the data back on, still nothing. So I have a lot of disappointed people, and I have no idea why or what happened.
This app has a lot of great potential, but there’s definitely some kinks to work out.
Update 10/28: major error (past: Easy to use and fun!)
After weeks of the app working awesomely, today out of nowhere it had a major malfunction. On my end the app looked like it was performing perfectly as usual: livestream counter going up, student count working, and the names of the students appearing on the side when I started the preview and when they joined the class. Because I have my phone on “do not disturb” for the class, I didn’t see all the messages from my students until after. The students that the app listed as in the class were seeing a message on their side that the class hadn’t started. They never were able to see it even though on my side it says it was all working. Now it’s a bit of a mess because I have to refund them their donations and make apologies. Its not good. I’ll gladly re-rate the app to give stars if it’s fixed. But considering that my students rate me on my class skills the ZIN studio app, my class rating might be negatively impacted by this.

Just updated the app today and the error I was getting the past couple weeks is gone! The app is working great! I love that it’s so easy to use and the emojis are awesome! My students said there was no lagging and it was really smooth. I’m really happy it.
Great app but inconsistent log in
Links to classes are too inconsistent for students! Can’t find a rhyme or reason as to why a link works logging in on same browser with same log in one day, then won’t the next time. Please help as this was an issue before live version came out too😩
