Ratings and Reviews
Needs better scheduling
The app works very well at receiving alerts and closing the loop but would GREATLY benefit from an update that added the ability to schedule when call starts and ends on a calendar so that alerts that my colleagues and I are each responsible for are not missed and are not double covered.
Override silent switch
Love the app. I work on the ambulance and we have radios in our rig but dispatch also sends the calls to us through this app as well as over radio.
Only problem is I have the override silent switch turned on but it doesn’t work.
When my iPhones silent switch is on I don’t here the beeps. Just vibrates.
Please fix that feature so the alert sound will override the silent switch on the new apple IOS
Great app
This app is very user friendly. The only issue I have is messages not going through sometimes, but I think that’s a signal issue and not the app.
