Version 3.11.0

Fixed navigation to assessment on iPad
- After completing an assessment, users can now return back to the Assessments landing page by clicking on assessments in the navigation menu

Support for Learning
- In preparation for an upcoming release, v3.11.0 supports enabling the Learning icon in the navigation bar.

Settings in the User Menu
- Self-Serve Admin Settings users will now see "Settings" as a line item in their user menu.

Happy Dog

The saying you “can’t teach an old dog”… It isn’t true! Love the new platform my company introduced. Feels like we are on the same page with supporting the info we need in the right place, easy to find,and can easily see that all teams are staying on task.

Great add for 2022.

Was great, now it is hot garbage

Before it was great. Kept you logged in for days. Login used to use the stored passwords and suggested the correct one for the platform. Now it logs you out if you look away from your device for 10 seconds.

Login process is more painful that stabbing my eyes out with needles. Like I said above it doesn’t automatically use face recognition to login. I have to force it to go into my passwords an select the correct one which is in the “z” for Zipline. When it does authenticate I get an error message that says “cannot contact Zipline servers”. I have to then force quit my app. And restart it. But now it can connect to the servers and logs me in automatically.

Sometimes when I am reading a message and I hit the messages icon so I can go back to the list of messages, it logs me completely out and I have to start the whole process above with the login process. Until they fix the login issues where I can stay logged in for days. I refuse to use this app.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced login issues. Our mobile team has since released updates that may have improved this experience. One thing to keep in mind is that your company may have configured a session timeout, and they may use a separate login provider, in that case we have no control over that side of the login experience. Keep me signed in PLEASE

Why does give me the option to stay signed in/ “don’t ask again for 14 days” if I am going to have to sign in every single time I use the app? And the sign in process takes so long I only use this app if I absolutely need to. There’s the sign in page, then you HAVE to download an Authenticator app and authenticate on the next page, then it shows the keep me signed in page and I select “don’t ask me this again” every time and guess what it still asks me every single time?? Why even have the options if they don’t work??? Is it a Microsoft problem?? It’s actually extremely annoying

It sounds like you are referring to your SSO provider, not the Zipline app. I recommend you reach out internally to see if there are any options for a configuration that allows you to stay logged in longer on your device.
