Pro has improved. Next nice to see if developers create a way to allow a dollar amount to be invested without specifying exact percent of coin. Ie allow to buy $1000 of Ether at a set limit amount. I want $1000 of Ether when price hits $ 3800 as example. So I do not have to compute what percent will this buy. I have been buying day . 2 ether at say $3900 so I need to be sure it will transact but I could leave some dollars on the table because I need to account for fee.

After checking out the app, the rates, and the services. Things looked good. I then waited over a week for my approval, got zero responses from customer support, and when 8 days later I finally got approved, I couldn’t buy. “Confirm” button isn’t clickable no matter what I do. I wish they had actual customer support, but it seems this is just a great, feature packed option that is so overwhelmed with a terrible user experience, zero customer serve, and an app that does work.

The website told me I was verified and all I had to do was upload proof of address. As I save a pdf of my bank statement they now are saying my identification is waiting to be verifie, even though I had already received an email saying i was complete. They send you automated support ticket replies instead of someone actually reaching out to address the issue at hand. Can’t trust a company that does that. Just take a look at their Twitter feed. There is a Reddit group threatening a class action lawsuit. Tech support is a Joke. Uploading my identity verification was not working so I contacted tech support. No response until 3-4 days later. The response I got was “do you still need help with this” to which I relied yes.. a week later still nothing. I found a different way to submit identity verification and it’s been over a week and it’s still pending review.. what a joke.

This platform is good and let’s you sell your crypto for money and transfer it to bank. It’s user friendly and has okay customer service. However, there are tokens/currencies that you can not purchase, such as Etherlite (ETL), which is only available on the BiBox app. It would be nice to be able to purchase and swap all tokens and currencies.

ID verification has failed 8 times. My drivers license is valid, and I’ve uploaded it through the website, the iOS mobile app, and the Andrọid app, all efforts were unsuccessful. I’ve emailed support twice and only received automatic responses directing me to a page where I can read more about ID verification...or could, if it wasn’t a broken link 🤣
