Ratings and Reviews
The app lags a-lot and also seen functionality error.
The app lags and also can’t see who have seen the posts. You can only see the number of seen but cannot see the names of people. Also it shows 80 seen when i have 50 people in the team. Also if y’all can add Acknowledgment feature that will be very helpful.

Hi,
We have made a few optimizations to the Zoho Connect application. Kindly update the latest version of the application and check if you are able to access the app without any lag.
Also, the post view will show only the number of views to that post. Each view to that post (even from the same user) will be counted.

App crashes on startup
I’ve been using this app for quite awhile now with on/off issues constantly, however most recently the app keeps crashing every time I click the icon. I’ve contacted support (good luck with that) and have tried everything imaginable to try and resolve this issue to no avail! Customer support is pretty much nonexistent and in no way helpful at all! Phone numbers for said support send you on a wild goose chase. If it weren’t for me being forced to use this app by my company I would have deleted it years ago! Very unsatisfied…
Great Platform so far
I really enjoy using this platform to connect with all my team members and be able to collaborate across the board in the world where we are hybrid or fully remote. This makes work really easy and very good to decided on the go
