Good

It’s an amazing app, but it lacks selection mode, dark mode, and personalization: Other than that, it would have been incredible.

Absent Customer Service

I used this app years ago for what I thought to be excellent file/doc sharing and figured I’d revisit this tool to use again for my business. Unfortunately, I no longer have the email address used for log-in although I still have docs in the tool. I contacted customer service only to end up being directed to a voicemail since “all of their customer service agents are currently busy” all of the time. I was prepared to use their services in which I’d pay to use, but if customer service is like this, it sends a HUGE buyer beware for this. I’m actually very concerned (especially since someone else now owns the email address that I formerly had).

I don’t get the negative reviews. I’ve used Zoho apps for a couple of years. Couldn’t be happier. Syncs across all platforms and browsers seamlessly. I highly recommend all: email, calendar, spreadsheet, writer, and notebook.
