Zolt is fantastic and in my opinion, the best fitness app out there! I enjoy lifting weights and tracking my macros… but the challenge I’ve had until getting ZOLT is always having to guess my current TDEE so I can eat the right amount to hit my goals. ZOLT gives me that info and so much more!! It accurately projects my maintenance calories on any given day (at any point in the day) and lets me track my food/macros, and even shows me other helpful metrics like scoring my current sleep and recovery habits. I love this thing! I’m grateful for ZOLT and the countless hours that went into crafting it. Like the name implies— ZOLT definitely gives me a boost of encouragement to stay on track and have fun doing it too.

I’m coming from Athlytic, and I genuinely haven’t seen another app that does what Zolt does. It’s by far the most comprehensive fitness app out there. Like someone else mentioned, the dynamic TDEE feature is a game-changer. It keeps you dialed in and makes it easy to stay aligned with your plan! On top of that, the developer is incredibly responsive, always open to feedback, and constantly working to make the app even better. 10/10.

I’ve been using Zolt for a few months now, and it’s become a critical part of my daily routine. It's an impressive app if you’re looking to optimize your goals and health habits. I've been using a few other app simultaneously to compare features and Zolt surpasses all of them so I'll continue to use it indefinitely. Would highly recommend!
