Zolt is an adaptive body coach to help you lose fat, build muscle, and maintain healthy habits.
Zolt helps you reach your goal body with intelligent, personalized coaching. Whether you're cutting, bulking, or maintaining, Zolt adapts to your body every day using your own data and not just static formulas. We use an adaptive TDEE algorithm (also known as dynamic TDEE or dynamic expenditure) to help make sure you always are on track to reach your weight goals.
Start with your goal. Zolt handles the rest: tracking, adapting, and coaching you toward it.
Adaptive TDEE & Macros That Evolve With Your Body
- Zolt’s adaptive TDEE algorithm recalculates your daily calorie needs based on real-time changes in your weight, workouts, metabolism, and recovery. No more guesswork, just adaptive calorie targets that shift as your body does.
- Your macro goals also adjust based on your progress, protein preferences, and dietary focus. Everything is personalized, yet effortless.
Personalized Calorie Goals for Every Phase
- Zolt supports your current phase — cutting, bulking, or maintaining — and evolves with you over time. Weekly and daily check-ins help you stay consistent while your nutrition plan flexes as your weight, training, and goals shift.
- Zolt doesn't just set targets, it guides you through every plateau, push, or reset.
Smart Food Logging with Barcode, AI, and Recipes
- Log meals with speed using AI-powered food search, barcode scanning, and custom recipe creation. Track full macros and micros, not just calories, and set flexible RDA goals based on your preferences.
- Zolt turns food tracking into a seamless, personalized experience that supports your goal — not one more chore to manage.
Activity Goals That Adjust to Your Energy & Training Load
- No one-size-fits-all goals here. Zolt creates daily movement targets that respond to your actual recovery, energy, and recent workouts. Whether it’s a normal day, a recovery day, or a performance push, your goals adapt accordingly.
- Cardio load metrics like TSB, ATL, and CTL help guide intensity over time. You train smarter, not harder.
Recovery and Sleep Insights from Apple Watch Data
- Zolt pulls from your Apple Watch to deliver real recovery insights — not just pretty graphs. Your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and SpO₂ are translated into recovery scores and readiness ratings.
- You’ll get actionable tips to improve sleep quality and reduce stress, and a habit journal to help identify what’s boosting or breaking your recovery.
Health Journeys and Habit Goals That Align With Your Big Picture
- Zolt lets you go beyond weight to build your ideal lifestyle. Group goals into “Journeys” like longevity, performance, or energy and track habits like steps, cardio, sleep, hydration, and more.
Zolt is more than a health tracker. It's a body coach that evolves with you.
Smarter guidance. Clearer goals. Better results.

After years of frustrating experiences with MyFitnessPal's cluttered interface and Cal AI's limited features, I switched to Zolt and couldn't be happier. The difference is night and day. What sets Zolt apart is its intuitive design that actually makes tracking enjoyable rather than a chore. The barcode scanner works flawlessly every time, the food database is comprehensive without being overwhelming, and the macro tracking gives me exactly the breakdown I need without burying it under unnecessary metrics. The meal planning feature is a game-changer - something I always felt was missing from other apps. Plus, the insights are genuinely helpful without being preachy or making me feel guilty about my choices. The app loads quickly, syncs seamlessly across devices, and doesn't bombard me with upgrade prompts every five seconds like MFP does. For anyone tired of bloated nutrition apps that prioritize ads over user experience, Zolt is the breath of fresh air you've been waiting for. Worth every penny of the subscription.
Solid App for better understanding your own body

Been using the free tier for a few months and then later switched to the premium tier. The free tier is awesome providing a highly accurate TDEE and syncing with Apple Health Data from any food diary app you use. If all you want to do is lose weight, you don’t even really need the premium tier, which is awesome. I ended up upgrading to the premium tier because the recovery stats and sleep functionality are awesome. I also wanted the food logging to be easier with the app itself. The predicted energy is also very reliable provided your weight data and food data is accurate. The library of food is not the biggest but frankly that’s where you can use free food diary apps to log what you eat and sync that with your health app.The premium tier also has an awesome chart showing you the history of your TdEE and predicted energy and especially the difference between your dietary energy and the predicted energy used. This app makes a lot of useful insights as long as you are honest and upfront about what you eat. And recognizing those insights is the first step to help you realize you can actually make changes that you understand and that you can see are making improvements.
The app I’ve wanted for a long time!

Zolt is fantastic and in my opinion, the best fitness app out there! I enjoy lifting weights and tracking my macros… but the challenge I’ve had until getting ZOLT is always having to guess my current TDEE so I can eat the right amount to hit my goals. ZOLT gives me that info and so much more!! It accurately projects my maintenance calories on any given day (at any point in the day) and lets me track my food/macros, and even shows me other helpful metrics like scoring my current sleep and recovery habits. I love this thing! I’m grateful for ZOLT and the countless hours that went into crafting it. Like the name implies— ZOLT definitely gives me a boost of encouragement to stay on track and have fun doing it too.
Great App for tracking and motivation but the Adapative TDEE is way off

Found this app randomly and decided to try it out, have a 28 day streak so far. Love most of the features but the Zolt Adjustment feature on my TDEE is pretty annoying. basically a negative 1000 calorie adjustment, which obviously is not accurate, it started happening when I didn’t log some meals while traveling, but since I’ve returned it still hasn’t fixed itself. Based on the scale, im burning a lot more energy than Zolt will give me credit for, so had to switch back to the basic formula.
Bug fixes to timeline food logging, recovery score not updating in widgets, weekly check-in, Apple Watch complications/app, meal logging, etc.
