Zombie Apocalypse・Shooter Game 17+

The game is addicting. But there are glitches. I have reached the point where I need to build my base. But I lack 4 steel beams. After over a hundred Salvage missions looking for them they never show up. Completed the mech mission. Completed campaign 3 times up to like mission 100 I think. Completed dog mission. Done all the air missions over and over and over. No option to buy 4 steel beams. Spent money on this game apparently to no avail as it is impossible to progress. Wish someone would help me. I have about 350 gold, 7.5 million cash. But nothing helps. But other than that I had lots of fun getting here. Developer. Help me.

So I finally had to just give up and come here to give an honest review of this game… while it is a great game that I found a lot of fun to play but it has a major problem… I battled my way through the first chapter, finally got the dog companion and moved on to the next chapter… I battled out in campaign and salvage for a couple of weeks… now for the problem that resulted in a 1 star review: I worked hard to get all the necessary materials to build the base… it came down to the final 4 items needed to earn the base and for some reason the game will not award me those items. The steel beams or whatever they are. I already completed campaign and have done a ton of the helicopter stuff but you don’t get items for those so I have spent the last week straight playing salvage again and again every single night and the game will not give me those items and it won’t let me advance to the next chapter. Not sure if it’s trying to force me to purchase the vip stuff or what but I won’t be doing that and I guess I have no choice but to delete the app and move on to another game by another developer because if they do stuff like this with one game, they will do it with all of them. Fix it… otherwise what’s the point?

I liked this game so much, I was willing to pay for VIP. That is the only way to pass the last mission before there are no more missions. The free guns are not good enough. Zone 4 does not appear to be available yet. There is no way to get the last few materials to open the base either. The thing that makes me not want to play the most, is there is no way to save the game, for my iPad anyways. Progress is saved until you have to reinstall because the game doesn’t work, or you get a new device. All the time, and maybe money put into the game, is lost. I’ve had to reinstall 3 times because the game froze up, and lost my progress 3 times. The problem of the game freezing up was fixed, but still can’t save progress. There is no in game support to talk to someone about getting your progress or money back. I can’t find an account number or player ID for my game to try and get my progress back. This is a really fun game, but I wouldn’t buy anything until some things are fixed and more zones and things are added
