I had become pretty upset after my account was suspended for duplicate accounts. Mainly, since it resulted immediately after contacting them about how I had created another account just to view the deals after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reset my password lead me to believe I was permanently locked out.

Despite this, I still wanted my account back. Therefore, I refrained from any purchases while periodically attempting to regain access. Finally after two weeks I was ecstatic to find my info finally worked. Immediately I contacted the company about my dilemma, instantly leading to my account suspension.

Considering, how no purchases were ever made on the new account I felt angry and upset. Unfortunately I was not aware duplicate accounts were monitored by a bot and not humans. I sent an email and it was fixed the next day. I’m so glad it was since their deals are phenomenal and 95% of the codes work.

I’m obsessed with this website! Has helped me save so much money on items for myself and my family. Has come in handy especially after all the expenses I incurred from the recent fires. I can still have a decent Christmas for my kids. Thank you ZonDeals!

I would give it a higher rating, but I have clipped coupons and used every one I clipped and went on tonight and tried to clip something to find out my account was suspended. I have also tried the notify me when they have more coupons for a certain deal and I have never received an email like I was suppose to. Great app other then the getting suspended for no reason.
