Great tool for working “On the Go” as well as in your office

I’ve used the Zonda iPad app for several years now and have found it to be very useful in quickly viewing important housing and economic data while on the road or at my desk. I’ve found that the project information, monthly sales data and real-time model home pricing notifications to be very valuable. Zonda has recently added a desktop partner data platform called Enterprise not only has the iPad data, but also includes a host of additional robust search capabilities.

As real time as it gets!

With a market moving as fast as it is, there isn’t a larger more accurate database that deliveries as real time dynamic data as Zonda does! Price updates can be delivered to your inbox daily while providing a mobility that is necessary in today’s business environment. Zonda provides growth opportunities when tailwinds are present and will mitigate your risks in the face of headwinds. Overall, platform is very easy to use while quickly accessing actionable information.

Zonda Enterprise

The iPad App is extremely useful for anyone needing local, regional or national housing & residential new construction data. Easily access data & reports. Great for meetings, out in the field, or on the go. When I get back to my desk I can use the desktop version for really diving into my analysis.
