Good variety

Good variety of stuff, but I need to figure way to search what I want to buy instead of going item by item in each page.

Good app

I’ve been using Zoodmall since the start in leb and it was average , very lousy customer service , they have two scripts to deliver If you challenge them a bit they were lost and 99% of the time they have no answer to any complaint . Then 17 October happened and all zoodmall orders were either lost or cancelled , for a year I couldn’t put an order , orders were accepted but then cancelled without any reason , when u call the customer service they have no answer to any question .... to be fair , I noticed a great improvement this year , customer service is much better now and the orders are coming . Late sometimes . However expect some orders not to be delivered to you . The status is delivered to destination country but never delivered to your doorstep . I think it’s more of Lebanese customs . 2rata shaghaleh . Gheir hek kelo tamem .

Waste of time

Don't download! unless you feel like wasting your time ... at first glimpse at the app it seems great full of products from china with low prices but when you actually start ordering things get messy, one order was removed from my order list by itself . boom disappears and when i contacted the company they said that it went out of stock, no problem there happens with the best , but today i get a call for them saying that my 2nd item also got cancelled due to the seller being late on delivery and as simple as that after waiting about 21 days my order gets cancelled for no reasonable explanation . Good thing i didn't pay directly otherwise im pretty sure they won't be refunding me . i picked to pay on the door once the oder was delivered. too bad i really had high hopes for this app :(
