I have been waiting for an app where a female rider can request a female driver and was very excited when I saw this in Detroit. I scheduled a ride over 2 weeks out and received confirmation and driver information right away so I was impressed. I called customer service the day before my ride to make sure everything was still scheduled and they confirmed it was. The morning of my flight, I was supposed to get picked up at 6:45am. At 6:30am I received a text saying no drivers were available and my ride was canceled which left me scrambling last minute for transportation. What a horrible first experience with this service after I was so excited to use them.

More safety features, you can book by the hour with unlimited stops, and you can make and order from a favorite drivers list. AND.. this is the only ride share I have found in Michigan that you can order a car with a car seat! 5 stars for making the mom life easier!
