Our app and Doctors are licensed to provide medical consultations wherever you live in the UK and also when you are abroad.
All of our doctors are strictly vetted, insured and fully licensed with the General Medical Council (GMC).
If you simply require a same day Medical Letter, Certificate or a GP referral – these can now be accessed directly from the ZoomDoc Health website – www.zoomdoc.com – without the need for a telemedicine consultation.
How ZoomDoc works:
Simply download the ZoomDoc app and create an account. Family members can be added once an initial account has been created.
- Our app shows you which Doctors are available for telephone and video consultations in real time – giving you the choice of which Doctor you wish to request for your consultation.
- Your GP will respond to your request within 3 minutes.
- You will be able to review your secure medical notes on the app following your consultation and you can share these notes with your regular GP, or we can arrange this for you.

Charged me £50 without so much as speaking with a GP. The app goes blank. Appears as though this is fraudulent.
Excellent service, a very knowledgeable doctor
I called ZoomDoc because I saw it recommended on our local Mums group. Our son was feeling unwell late on a Friday evening after being fine all day and I really wanted the reassurance of a doctor visit. The app was fast and easy to download and the doctor returned my call within minutes. After a consult he was at our door in less than 30. His assessment and diagnosis was efficient and informed and follow up the next day was so helpful. The piece of mind has been priceless on the weekend especially. I will recommend this app and service to everyone.
