Didn’t meet my needs

It wasn’t available for the areas in Vancouver where I would want a taxi such as bayshore drive. When tryin to book in advance kept defaulting to pick me up at my current location - took too many tries before it did the correct behavior and used the location on the map where I moved the pin too. No method to delete account.

Does not work in Vancouver!

Would have been nice to know it doesn’t work in my current location after signing up. Now I can’t figure out how to get my information out of their system.

Credit card registration problem

My credit card registered several $0.01 deductions, although the app claimed the card registration timed out for multiple attempts.
