App mostly works but real time bus tracking inaccurate

Buying tickets and planning routes in the app mostly work although the UX can be a bit clunky.

However, the real time bus tracking is really broken in this app/system. A bus will show as next arriving in 10, 5, 15 minutes within the span of 5 minutes. Hopefully Zou can fix their bus tracking, or actually show where the buses are in real time (rather than just showing when the next bus is expected at a stop).

Works but can definitely be improved

Did not experience any issues buying tickets! Parts of the app were a bit clunky, like when you search a route and click buy all you have to sort through a list of the available routes

Buggy and difficult

Downloaded this but can’t do anything. It doesn’t recognize my account and now I opened a map that I can’t close…will have to delete, too bad! I like having my tickets and maps on my phone but this is impossible!
