Amazing company and customer service

Their customer service is in the beyond category! The wrong order was accidentally shipped to a friend as a gift. It’s bound to happen, it’s crazy busy during the holidays. I emailed customer service after hours on Friday explaining the situation and early Monday morning, I received an email from Erica apologizing and letting me know she just shipped out my original order to my friend with 2 day shipping. Also, told me to tell my friend to please keep the old one’s for the inconvenience. So what did I do? I got on the app and gave them more of my business for the holidays because this is how you should treat your customers when they approach you with an issue. You have a customer for life. I appreciate you fixing this issue… this was a really special gift for someone going through a medical crisis, so the reaction time was very appreciated

While I was sitting in the emergency room with my son who came in from a bad car accident I was scrolling on my phone and a ad came up for these bracelets I almost cried because they had the perfect ones for him being that he injured his leg really bad and he plays football in college so these were perfect and when he came home from the hospital and they arrived in the mail and I gave them to him he was so thankful for them he said he loves them!

Good product but poor app and customer service

My first order was fulfilled and arrived a week later. I am happy with the products that I got. Later I got an email with a Spring clearance offer so I decided to place another order to take advantage of the discount plus the free gift when spent over $50. The gift option did not show in the app. I accidentally clicked the order submit button. I emailed the customer service if there was a way to add the free gift. Then I wrote another email asking to cancel the order when I came to my senses that I did not need so many bracelets. No one got back to me for a couple of days. By the time they got back to me they said the order is shipped and there is nothing they can do. Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, and resend the package spending my own money to get a refund. I am annoyed by this whole situation.
