Zultys Mobile Communicator is an iPhone application that only works with Zultys IP phone system and Unified Communications platforms. Zultys Mobile Communicator requires a data service subscription from your mobile provider.
The MX system must be running firmware release 12.0.7 or later with any relevant patches installed. Earlier MX releases are not supported. Zultys Mobile Communicator for iPhone is compatible with iPhone devices running iOS versions 10.0 or later.

I answer the support line for a software company so I need to be able to answer any and all calls, you know, like a phone does?
The app regularly prevents me from answering calls or “glitches” so that a call pops up for a millisecond then disappears, even though the person is still calling.
Additionally, much of our staff are working from home now due to COVID19 and need to be able to answer their extensions at home and the app behaves as above mentioned, or worse. One coworker, who covered support during my lunch shift, was muted for no apparent reason, no matter what we did. Her last day was yesterday, however, so that issue is no longer a problem.
We have set up basically an internal grievance email for this app alone. Please update quickly as it is impeding our ability to work.
It would be nice if there was a way to pause receiving calls through the app (like Do Not Disturb on the desktop phone). I have on more than one occasion been in the middle of something in another app (like recording video) only to have Zultys take over the phone (and stop my recording). Also, if I don’t want to take a call I have to wait until the person hangs up because if I decline the call, 9 times out of 10 the person calls right back.
What is happening?
I can be on a call and the the call just disconnects. I work for an billing office. At times I use the app to make calls. I can be on a call and the app just crashes and the call is disconnected. Sometimes it takes hours of hold time to get in touch with certain companies. Please fix it.
