Quick tip: The paper options in the app – dot, grid, lined and isometric – were modelled after the legendary notebooks. You can swap one style for another, even after you’ve started sketching, by tapping the icon with the three dots and selecting Background.

Meet the creator: Flow is a collaboration between Moleskine and app developer Bonobo. “We design new feature ideas for Flow inside of Flow by collaborating on documents,” says co-founder and designer Ben Hamey. “It’s very meta.”
