What we love: Building a potent coven. Sabrina Lilly springs fellow witches from jail, Amelia Stephens captures villager-protecting black cats—nearly every savvy sorceress has a game-changing ability. Some gain extra power with sisters at their side: When Michelle, Elcie, and Liz Sullivan are together, they’re a fierce family unit.

Quick tip: Adding too many curse cards will choke your deck, leaving you without enough witches to complete missions. That is, unless you’re choosing witches like Genevieve Roberts and Katherine Kent—the more curses you have, the more power they gain!

Meet the creator: Witchcraft! is an adaptation of the hit solo board game designed by Trevor Benjamin, Roger Tankersley, and David Thompson. The vivid card illustrations in both the physical and digital versions of the game are the work of Eisner Award–nominated comic artist Albert Monteys.
