We’re used to games giving us the power to run fast, jump high, and perform superhuman feats. But in Framed 2, you’ve got the ultimate power: to change the story with every swipe.
As you rearrange the comic-book panels on each page, you’re altering how the action will play out. Rather than get caught by a guard dog, your shadowy spy might hop on a bike and ride away. Change the page, and he might successfully tip-toe around a crumbling window ledge instead of falling through it.
Developer Loveshack wasn’t afraid to dial up the challenge by building on the first game’s innovative ideas. Thought it was tricky moving a story panel at a certain moment while the hero ran through the scene? Try doing that a bunch of times in the same puzzle so things happen in just the right order. In one level, the only way to escape a pursuer is to shuffle events ’til you grab a hammer, nab earmuffs, and then ring a giant bell. Creativity and experimentation are key to figuring out each solution.

Even if Framed 2 was just a stylish digital comic, it’d be irresistible. The art’s moody and gorgeous, and a jazzy soundtrack adds whimsical mystery. What we love most, though, is placing panels every which way and seeing how the story pans out. There’s really nothing else like it.
