Aliens have invaded, and they’re riding hoverboards. This is basically the moment you’ve been training for your entire life.
Like something out of an ’80s coin-op game, the extraterrestrials have taken humans as prisoners and scattered them across the land in neat little groups for you to find.
But don’t worry. You’ve got lasers.
Earth’s invaders aren’t the only ones with this twisty new tech, and with a quick tap of the screen your character will carve left or right, dodging incoming fire, slicing through the world with surgical precision, and snagging those oh-so-precious power-ups.
To shred though the game’s five stages, you’ll need to hoard your coins, invest in well-deserved upgrades, and fulfill each level objective. After you rescue enough humans and blast enough baddies, you’ll top off each mission with an epic duel against a massive boss creature. Take him out and your tour of destruction continues.
Before you start, here’s a quick tip from our time on the battlefield: Stay on your edges. It may take a bit of practice to line up that perfect shot while zigzagging around, but if you attack enemies head-on, you’re bound to get a blaster in the face.
