If you’re determined to get into shape, ASICS Studio will be with you every step of the way. Literally. Each workout routine in the app features a personal trainer who tells you the next move, encourages you to keep going, and even plays some fist-pumping music when appropriate.

This intimidation-free app is made to be fun yet approachable—and lets you work out from just about anywhere.

Choose from categories like strength training, treadmill, fusion, elliptical, and indoor cycling.

Every routine has an assigned trainer, a list of workout gear you may need, and a breakdown of all the exercises you can expect.

If you’re not sure how to do a specific move (what’s a Bulgarian split squat, exactly?), no worries. Under the “What You’ll Do” section, tap on the exercise for a video demonstration. Or tap the hexagon that appears during the routine for a refresher.

At the end of every workout, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of which areas of the body you worked on. And the app keeps things upbeat and positive; regardless of your performance, your trainer will offer encouragement and applaud your effort.
