We know tracking expenses, bills and exchange rates is important. But time is also money, and managing that stuff can take more than you can afford. Using widgets not only can save time managing your accounts, but also help build a habit of it.
Account ability
Spentable’s versatile widget does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. It gives easy-to-read daily and monthly expense updates, and you can even track your expenses without launching the app. In contrast, Saved 3 offers simplicity by showing how much you’ve spent (and how much you should) in a single day. Both are great tools to help you stretch that paycheck and start saving.
Skills that help pay bills
With all those monthly bills to keep tabs on, sometimes one can slip through the net. Avoid falling behind and late fees with Chronicle. Its widget shows which bills are still pending and when they’re due. Each entry is colour coded based on urgency: a green icon means you’ve still got time, while orange reminds you a due date is approaching fast. This way you can get that payment sorted before you find yourself in the red.
Currency currents
For quick calculations, Stacks 2 packs in widgets for exchange rates and currency conversion. Just choose any two currencies and tap •• to enter the amount. If you see an exchange rate listed elsewhere online, copy and paste it in by tapping the widget’s pencil icon. Easy.
