MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter

Macro, Diet & Fitness Tracker

View

MyFitnessPal motivates you to reach your fitness goals by keeping all your health data in one place. Track your workouts, eating habits, water intake, and more.

What we love: With the app’s database of more than 14 million foods, a barcode scanner for packaged goods, and an AI meal scanner that identifies the items on your plate, logging what you eat is easy and accurate. As you add food items to your fitness diary, MyFitnessPal tallies calories, carbs, cholesterol, fat, protein, and vitamins.

Save new food items and meals to quickly add them to your daily tracker in the future.

Quick tip: Log your workouts and watch your diary do the math when it comes to calorie and nutrient intake. Choose from 350 exercises like biking, yoga, and weight lifting. MyFitnessPal also syncs with the Apple Health app and Apple Watch to track your daily activity.

Meet the creator: MyFitnessPal began when cofounder Mike Lee and his fiancée wanted to track their eating habits to get in shape for their wedding. They found logging food by hand or with existing online tools slow and clunky, so Lee began a new project: building the world’s largest nutritional database.
