Virtually train with Michaels in more than 800 exercise programs and explore her entire workout DVD library. You can also customize your workout’s duration, intensity, and area of focus. Select a meal plan based on your goals and dietary preferences, and the app will suggest daily meals and recipes—complete with a grocery list.

Track your daily workouts and meals in the My Day tab.

In the Community tab, you’ll find other users to cheer you on when training gets tough. Connect your profile to Apple Health and the app will track your activity, steps, and calories burned.
