Many augmented reality (AR) apps let you see and interact with 3D objects in fun, educational, and productive new ways.
Assemblr takes it one step further, allowing you to make and share AR objects of your own design.
Thanks to a deep selection of more than 1,000 3D geometric shapes (cylinders, cubes, and triangles), premade objects (couches, trees, and blocks of bricks), and textures (dirt, grass, and water), getting started with Assemblr is easy.
Just pick a shape and add some texture or color.
You can create a 3D model of something specific, or combine multiple models to conjure up an entire 3D scene.
Add photos, videos, and text to your creations to make 3D posters, greeting cards, and more. Everything you make can be viewed in the app as a 3D model, or in AR so you can see your creation as if it were in the real world. If you need inspiration, check out what others have made: dinosaurs, animals, people, cars, houses, even populated castles and forests. Tap on the app’s Explore tab to see the latest designs from the Assemblr community and find other AR creators to follow. The app is used by designers, architects, and animators—and more than 700,000 AR objects have been designed and shared for you to view inside the app. When you’re proud of what you’ve made, consider sharing it in Assemblr’s in-app gallery or exporting it as a FBX, GLB, or STL file to send your design to other creative apps or even a 3D printer.
