If you were feeling out of shape—and who wasn’t in 2020?—Wakeout! had your back. Forget intimidatingly buff instructors; videos feature everyday people exercising in their comfy clothes and pajamas. The Active Workday tab helps ensure your 9-to-5 is healthy and productive by reminding you when to stay focused, when to take a break, and when to bust out with a finger-stretching routine.

The app meets you on whatever device you’re on. iOS 14 Home Screen widgets provide one-tap access to one-minute breaks. The Apple Watch app brings those micro-workouts right to your wrist. App Clips let friends get a taste of Wakeout!’s videos without having to install the app. And, of course, everything integrates seamlessly with the Health app so you can keep track of all your efforts.
