Overcast is a simple, no-fuss podcast player. This Editors’ Choice selection and crowd-favorite puts personalization and customization first, so you’re in full control of your experience.

What we love: Smart Speed saves you hours of time by automatically skipping all the empty pauses, creating a steady (and shorter!) stream of undistorted audio. Voice Boost ensures every show has the same broadcast-level sound quality across the board. It keeps the volume consistent (a huge plus for fans of audio fiction or shows with multilayered sound) and makes dialogue stand out from the background.

Quick tip: Make a custom playlist! Get creative with custom colors and icons for a personalized view. Once it’s done, add it to your queue.
