What we love: Solving multiple clues with the perfect word. Got cards asking for a five-letter word, a word with the letters P, C, and H in it, and a word that has an E and an A together? Swipe “cheap” to cash in all three clues at once! You’ll be rich with combo points.
Quick tip: It’s exciting to spot a bingo (a word that uses every letter in the jumble), but don’t spell it right away. Playing a bingo clears all the active clue cards for an automatic combo, so bank it until you need it.
Meet the creator: Wordjamacallit comes from New York City–based indie developer David Taylor and his company, Hot Chai Productions. To get the perfect shade of blue for Wordjamacallit mascot Bingo, Taylor visited the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art and matched the hue of William the Hippo, a 4,000-year-old statuette and unofficial museum mascot.
