To Eden Games creative director Sylvain Sechi, the classic Italian car brand is more than just timelessly stylish—it captures the essence of the developer’s Apple Arcade racing simulation Gear.Club Stradale. “There’s a reason why we decided to pick it for the first race,” he says. “This is a car that truly emphasizes Italy.”
Known for its immaculately designed supercars, the country is ripe for exploration as you hop behind the wheel of incredible vehicles. One moment you’re edging into first in a Dodge Viper, the next you’re chasing down a time trial score in a sleek Porsche 918 Spyder. Here’s a look under the hood of this breathtaking racer:
Hit the road
Pick a ride, hop into the driver’s seat, and cruise down all sorts of scenic tracks, like the windy Winegrowers Coast or a windmill-filled desert. Gear.Club Stradale’s copious control options let you tweak the experience just so. Want to pull the hand brake for every silky drift, or prefer to put it in cruise control and take in the sights? It’s your car—drive it however you wish.
“You can literally play with a single hand or with every option toggled on,“ says Sechi. “We want everybody to be able to enjoy it.“
Join the club
Head to the villa—the game’s hub—to customize cars, share your favorites online, and set up (or join) a racing club.
As you complete races and level up your club’s influence, you’ll unlock new options in your workshops. Even cooler? In Carta Stradale events, every club member takes on challenges using the same car—one you might not even own yet. It’s like a test drive—and if you fall in love with the ride, keep an eye out in case it appears in the in-game shop.
Trick it out
Scoot over the finish line to earn in-game credits, then spend that cash to customize your beauty right down to the bumpers. But why stop there? Complete objectives (like finishing in the top three) and you’ll be able to craft parts that’ll boost performance. Upgrade your tires to increase road traction and you’ll really start to feel the 600 horsepower of your beloved Nissan GT-R Nismo.
