This fun-to-use habit tracker and journaling app helps you see what triggers different moods over time and identify thinking traps that hold you back.
What we love: How easy it is to log an entry. Just smile (or frown) and tap Scan My Mood. The app will use your device’s camera to pick a mood from Terrible to Awesome based on your facial expression. From there, you can get more specific about the emotions you’re feeling, record what’s happening in the moment, and reflect about the future. The Stats tab helps you see any patterns that emerge.
Quick tip: Too busy to write detailed notes for your entries? Take a few seconds to answer the multiple-choice prompts, like selecting any of the thinking traps (like blaming or catastrophizing) you may be experiencing. That data will make your stats and charts more helpful over time.
