Squad is a video-chat app with a twist: You can share your screen with friends.
Squad lets you establish a video chat with up to nine people. And you can screen-share at any time, so instead of seeing your face, your friends can see the video you’re watching, the cat meme you’re laughing at, or (because it theoretically could be good for work too) the shared project you’re all collaborating on.
The process couldn’t be simpler: Launch the app and tap the plus button to start a video call. Tap the screen-share button at the bottom of the screen, then select Squad to start the broadcast.
While you can share just about anything, Squad works particularly well for scrolling through TikTok, watching YouTube videos, and swiping in dating apps. What will you share with your squad?
