自來水深溝園區行動導覽APP目的提供來到此園區有最方便的體驗，利用最新的技術輕鬆簡單的認識園區，在互動的設計下有趣的與園區互動。
利用手機的定位，感應器走到哪就自動蹦出該景點的介紹，有如個人導遊隨身跟著。時間自由、活動自由，不再有任何的限制。
寓教於樂，宣揚環保與生態保育概念，藉由導覽與遊戲互動等方式加深旅客對園區與水資源的認識，達到環保生態教育的目的。
