Share food allergy information with your intimates to ensure safety and good quality of life

The symptom of food allergies varies from person to person.
Allergy Memo provides personalized care under the cooperation of those around you. If you register some allergy information, how and which products a person with food allergies responded to, that information will be automatically shared with your pre-determined intimate members. For example, you can share your child's detailed allergy information with your family, nursery school, and/or kindergarten with small effort.

[How to use]
・ Register allergens and/or food preferences of the person with food allergies.
・ Register the food product that a person with food allergies has eaten using barcode.
・ Register what allergies occur, limited intake amount, and so on with each product information.
・ Take a picture of QR code using the device of a person with whom you want to share the registered information. The information will be available on his/her device soon.
･ When you add or modify the registered information, it will be automatically reflected on the devices of the people who have received the QR code before.

[What can be solved with AllergyMemo (in case of parents who have allergic children)]
◎ You can save the effort of frequent child allergy information exchanging with nursery schools, kindergartens, schools, and families
・ For example, parents who have children with allergies takes many questions as "I got a commercial product called XX for school lunch, but can I give it to your child?", from grandparents "What sweets can we buy for the child?” and so on. If you share information using AllergyMemo, you will be free from the trouble of checking-by-phone every time. Schools, grandfathers, and grandmothers will be able to look at the information in AllergyMemo and able to consider food choice without calling you.

・ For example, in case that grow up children will shop for themselves, they can rely on the information recorded by parents in AllergyMemo. You can prevent accidental purchase of allergic commercial products.

・ All allergy information in AllergyMemo is in free description format. Though it will take some time of you, but you can register any type of accurate allergy information.
・ For example, you can write anything, such as "This child got hives when swimming in the sea. He may have fish allergy” without losing what is the fact and what is guess.

[Information Handling]
We are considering that the information registered by the users in AllergyMemo is a property that the user and those around him/her will use for a long period of time, and we are strictly protecting it.

[Q & A]
(Q1) How many people’s information can I send with the QR code?
(A1) Only the information of one person displayed on the screen can be sent in each session. Information on multiple people cannot be sent at once, so repeat the operation.

(Q2) I have received QR code, but I cannot add any new information.
(A2) For the safety of information management, only the sender (representative) of the QR code can add or modify the information of those who have allergies.

(Q3) I want to duplicate the same account on another device.
(A3) In order to duplicate your account, first prepare an email address that can be received by your new device. Next, register the email address on the setting screen of the device you have been using. Finally, log in with that email address from the login screen of the new device. You will see the duplicated account. If you want to transfer your account, please uninstall Allergy Memo WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT on the device you have been using.
