New Feature: Added call waiting notification to enhance your call management experience. You will now be notified when there's an incoming call while you're already on another call.

Bug Fix: Improved communication reliability with a retry feature for the dialer. If a call fails, the system will now automatically attempt to reconnect, ensuring fewer dropped calls.

Enhancement: Migrated agent status updates for real-time performance. This update ensures that agent statuses are more accurate and up-to-date.

Update: Prevented agent statuses of ringing and on-call from being set incorrectly. This prevents confusion and ensures that agents' availability statuses are always correct.
