Errores frecuentes
No me deja actualizar mis datos, siempre me da error.
No me guarda mi vuelo, tengo q escribir la reserva cada vez, aunq falte en otras aereolineas queda guardado.
Vere más adelante si funciona mejor
Muy mala
La app es mala, no permite editar los datos personales, me equivoque en un número de mi fecha de nacimiento y no permite editar.
Hacer el check in es imposible, todo el tiempo aparece el cartel de “ha ocurrido un error inesperado”. La web es otro desastre más, hacen perder el tiempo a los pasajeros en el aeropuerto en algo que fácilmente se debería hacer online.
