Por el precio a pagar la empresa deja mucho que desear, esperas en todos sus procesos y nulas respuestas
No es util
No sirve al propósito de reservar asiento con anticipación ya que los asientos buenos al frente y en el pasillo o ventanilla, siempre son con cargo extra.
Asimismo los asientos en fila de emergencia por lo general también tienen cargo extra.
Para pasajeros frecuentes con categoría oro ya deberían ser gratis.
Ademas por mas que haga el check in on line, siempre hay que hacer fila para hacer nuevamente el ticket de las maletas en los totem frente a los counters, y después hay que hacer cola nuevamente para entregar la maleta.
Por ultimo, hacer el check in desde la aplicacion es para no tener que llenar toda la información del pasajero.
El pasaje ya esta ingresado en la aplicacion porque ahi fue donde lo encontre. Ya deberia tener todos mis datos.!!!
