Description

The LEO LAW Search and Seizure app is a one-of-a-kind app that puts the legal aspects of law enforcement in your hands anytime and anywhere. For less than the cost of a cup of coffee each month, the LEO LAW app provides timely information and updates for law enforcement officers across the country. Designed, developed, and maintained by retired FLETC-certified Senior Legal Instructors, the LEO LAW app provides continuously updated legal information covering over 130 topics in 10 law enforcement legal categories, including Fourth Amendment Basics, Searches, Seizures, Warrants, Warrantless Searches, Warrantless Seizures, Interrogations, Use of Force, Traffic Stops, and Special Topics.

Each of the 130 topic pages provides the “Blue Key” cases that establish the rule of law for that topic, a statement of the rule of law, a summary of the rule of law as it is applied, the latest appellate court decisions that have applied that rule of law, and a short video that explains the general application of the rule of law.

Every week, LEO LAW Legal Editors review every appellate decision on the state and federal level, carefully selecting and sorting each case by topic. Once designated, each case is uploaded to the app for the covered topic. The LEO LAW “Broadcast Blue” weekly legal update podcast summarizes these cases, and one selected case becomes the LEO LAW “Case of the Week.” The case information in the app is updated every week, and each week, the app provides the latest LEO LAW “Case of the Week” video and the LEO LAW “Broadcast Blue” weekly legal update videocast. So, every week, there is updated and new search and seizure information right at your fingertips with the LEO LAW app!

LEO LAW is the ONLY commercial company providing information and training in search and seizure law that is researched, developed, and peer-reviewed by former FLETC Senior Legal Instructors who have trained tens of thousands of Federal, Tribal, State, and Local law enforcement officers nationwide.
