The Power Pro Self-Tour app is yet another piece designed to elevate the leasing experience. We understand the apartment touring process is evolving and Power Pro is on the forefront of that change by offering communities the ability to give prospects the type of tour they are looking for.

Still predicated on customer-centric needs, Power Pro's Self-Tour platform gives the prospect the choice to go on a guided tour with an agent or a self-guided one without. Both options have built in talking points where the on-site team can build rapport and answer the prospective resident's questions.

The experience for a prospect walking into a Power Pro property starts at a kiosk where they are able to check-in and don't have to wait for an agent to be ready to start the process. Upon completion an agent greets the prospective resident, reviews their wants/needs before verifying their ID and providing them with direction and keys for their tour. This allows them the privacy to talk openly about the apartment and spend the tour time on the places they want to see.

Integrated with the property management software, this means single entry data and real time information.

Properties will make more money with more leases, saving money with increased efficiencies and helping dictate where to spend future dollars with unique value add backend reporting.
