One word: Masterpiece
Im curious why this game is not that famous as angry birds, because compared with 90% games i have played in the app store, Ridiculous Fishing is much, much, muuuch superior in the all aspects you can imagine. The story is simply awesome, a single boy who like fishing, and like guns. Put these 2 things in the table, and see what happens! The gameplay is incredible! The way you shake the device to avoid medusas is build in such a way which allows you to have a new immersion level while your playing.
Oh and about design! I have never saw something so beautiful, made purely with geometric forms and a few gradients. Its minimalist, its vintage, its a compelling and smart way to keep you addicted to the game.
The mechanic is also amazing and have a huge potencial to grow. You have a fishing list, and some fishes can only be seeing in defined hour ranges of our real timecicle! Look at your clock, its midnight? Time to see what new species you will find living underwater.
Well, i could spent hours talking about the perfection of this game, but i think its enough. I would buy even if it costs twice than it is now.
