With Simla Mobile you can:
• Communicate with buyers from different social networks using only one application. Filter dialogs by channels, managers, tags
• Receive important information about dialogs, customers, orders or tasks via push notifications
• Place orders and send product photos to the chat with the buyer. View, add and change the most necessary data
• Make calls and identify who is calling you
• Keep your customer base close at hand. Create and edit customers or just view detailed information
• Quickly view the number and sum of orders for the selected status, manager and store for a certain period
• Manage tasks and products. Control stock balances, see wholesale and retail prices. To organize the work of employees, create tasks and assign them to user groups or a specific manager
• Quickly find the desired order, customer, product or task using search and filters. Customers and orders are filtered by custom fields, and products can be searched by properties. There are quick actions for orders, customers and tasks
• View notifications for a certain period or for all time, as well as create alerts for user groups in the notification center
• Manage the global status of the user: "Free", "Busy", "Lunch" and "Break"
• Communicate with technical support. Maintain correspondence and view the history of requests directly in the application

Version 5.2.0

This release will feature many updates to communication tools and work with the client base:
We made sending letters, SMS and WABA templates directly from the application. Now all communications are saved in the system, and not on your personal device
We added a block with the history of communications in the order
We added information about subscriptions to marketing mailings to the client card
Save clients in the system even faster by importing data from the phone book

And new widgets-reports on calls via telephony have appeared in the "Analytics" section
