Casi perfecto!
Tienen un excelente servicio al cliente y contratos con los mejores hospitales y clinicas. Yo modificaria el chat de la app para hacerlo mas amigable y poder imprimir las conversaciones en pdf. Estaria bien que cuando te sales de la aplicacion no se cierre el chat que tienes al momento.

Mala comunicación en caso de asistencia
Muy malo que para pedir asistencia requiera wifi, no tenía en el hospital al que fui derivada en Roma y no había forma de comunicarse. La comunicación asistencial tiene que se buena y ágil y no depender del uso de wifi que no hay en todos lados
