I bought a lot of things there and they all came in beautiful box were not wrinkled the sellers were very polite. one time I accidentally sent money to the seller and he sent me the package but he could have deceived me I was so glad that such kind people exist

Many sellers are auto bots, not real, do not exist and were created to steal money if you overlook and not check the status of order. The orders often are not sent for a long time, then the status is changed to “sent” but it is never sent. Then the status is changed to “canceled”, but you never get a message from seller or Ali about it. I found out it accidentally. Then it was very complicated and confusing procedure to start a dispute. You have to confirm that you received your order, when actually it never arrived. There was not the option to choose that you want your money back because the order was canceled by the seller. It is very risky concerning to the law, rules and your rights to win the dispute if you confirm you already received it, but actually you never did. Only after that you can start the dispute, but again there is not the option to choose and point that the order was canceled. You have to describe it yourself. Seller never replied to the dispute too. Finally, money were returned, but I lost lots of nerves and my precious time and never got my order. I’m very disappointed. The seller makes low prices, takes your money, never sends your order hoping you will not notice that and Ali supports this corrupted business. Finally, Ali deletes your bad feedback from the store and other people read and think that the seller and the item have 100% of positive feedbacks.

terrible app. I often ordered products last time through AliExpress, but from time to time the products did not reach me. Sometimes after ordering and paying, the seller himself cancels my order and does not return the money. When I write to the seller, the seller writes to me that the money is gone, the Aliexpress support service writes to me that the issue is being resolved. but this has been going on for 6 months already. and most importantly, we are talking about an amount of about $10, it’s ridiculous that Aliexpress cannot solve a refund of $10 in 6 months
