Description

please help me resolve the issue
I recently deleted the game and reinstalled it a month later, now I can’t access my saved progress, I logged into my account, it auto-saves my progress, I click and wait for more than an hour, it doesn’t work, what should I do?

We apologize if anything we are about to suggest is something that you have already tried, but please make sure that you have gone through each step. If afterwards you are still not able to access your saved progress then please create a support case with us.
- Log out of your Ubisoft account and then clear the App Cache and data, restart your device, and then log back in
- Make sure the game has been updated
- Make sure your device has the latest update
- Force close other applications in the background
