This app is an absolute nightmare and a predatory trap.

The level of harassment from AVO Bank is unbearable. They relentlessly bombard you with spam SMS and phone calls about credit offers multiple times a day. Even after explicitly demanding they stop, they blatantly ignore you and continue the spam. It feels less like banking and more like being stalked.To make matters worse, they hold you hostage: there is no account deletion option in the app, which is illegal based on the App Store requirements. This is a flagrant violation of user privacy and basic regulations.This service is a complete disaster. I would put minus five points if it was possible. It is so terrible that I would not even recommend it to my enemies. Avoid this app at all costs.

Spam and No Account Deletion Option

I’m extremely disappointed with the AVO Bank app. First, they bombard users with spam SMS about credit offers-even after explicitly requesting them to stop both via calls and messages. It’s frustrating and feels like harassment when they keep calling and sending 2-3 messages in a single day.Second, there’s no option to delete my account within the app. This violates App Store regulations, which require apps to provide an account deletion feature. The lack of this essential functionality shows a complete disregard for user control and privacy.This app is not client-focused, and I cannot recommend it.

Good day!Thank you for your feedback! Account deletion is available in the app, but you need to have access to the old phone number the account was opened with. We are a digital bank, so we don't have physical offices, but support is always ready to help via our official email help@avo.uz.
