Usually I pay for home internet in time but today I was late. So after I paid there were still no connection. I have to wait. But for what? Very low service

I have received email about billing for 1250AED with explanation and I was not using it for a while because I lost my access to my account and they just deleted my account. In contract and application written that amount which you have to pay cannot be more than 650 but however they deleted my account and gave me bill for 1250 which I don’t even know for what. I got a from agent but he was very rude and when I ask him kindly why this amount appeared he was very rude with me and just saying pay and that’s it. Very disappointed and not recommended.
Very rude and not respectful customer service and also they have a collection recovery team which will call you 500 times a day without any explanation and will ask you to pay for a bill which you will not even know and understand, they created so complicated system with their monthly plan so people will not understand and after a while you will be charged huge amount without explanation and the calling person told me straight I don’t care pay your bill or I will call police just like that and he been shouting at me like I own him million dirham + I don’t have a access to my account and balance so that I can at least check for what I am paying and when I ask about my account why it’s blocked and why I can’t see information about my billing he said I don’t know I don’t care just pay your bill and person was arguing about everything, how you can hire some person like thst you will call and will be shouting to customer in this way , I am sure if I would meet him personally he would punch me. So aggressive and rude
